Dr. Daniel Masson grew up in Sandy. After graduating from Brighton High School, he continued his education at the University of Utah where he earned bachelor's degrees in Medical Biology and Finance. He was accepted into the Regional Dental Education Program at the U of U Medical School and Creighton University in Omaha, NE where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Returning to Sandy to practice with his late father Mark, he continued his formal training through post-graduate continuing education with courses on implant placement and restoration, full-mouth rehabilitation, “invisible” braces, dental cone beam and CAD/CAM technology.
Dr. Masson truly enjoys the patient interaction and perfectionism that dentistry offers, but husband and father are the roles he treasures most! When he’s not playing superheroes, building legos, or checking off the honey-do list for his wonderful wife, you can find him skiing and biking in the beautiful mountains of Utah.
Dr. Masson appreciates the challenges faced by those he meets and finds great satisfaction in the life changing opportunities and confidence that dentistry provides.
