Brushing and Flossing: To maintain optimal oral health, we recommend brushing twice daily for two minutes and maintain a healthy diet.  Children younger than three should brush with assistance from their parent with fluoride-free toothpaste (in case swallowed).  Adults should floss daily and children should floss teeth that “touch” at least two times per week. No matter the age, always use a soft-bristled toothbrush.
